We schedule cleanings on a one time, and recurring weekly, bi-weekly , or monthly basis. Our cleanings are fully customizable to fit your needs. Below you will find a list of our standard residential cleaning procedures.

- Clean and sanitize the toilet, sinks, faucets, shower and/or bath
- Clean and polish mirrors, glass doors, light fixtures
- Dust and wipe down shelves, cabinets, drawers and other furniture
- Remove trash and replace trash bag
- Vacuum and mop floors

Our company CAN NOT provide services for the following:
- Home Exteriors
- Mold or asbestos removal/ remediation
- Hazardous, human and pet waste
- Rodent infestation
- Bed bug/lice infestation
- Tasks performed more than 5 feet off the ground
- Attics/lofts accessible by ladder
- Air Conditioners
Safety is our top priority. Working conditions and accessibility will be determined by the field manager during the initial walk-through..
We require your home to be prepared for scheduled cleanings. Please have floors picked up, counters and tables free of excess clutter, personal/valuable items properly stored, and potentially hazardous/harmful items secured. Below are some common differences in House Cleaning and House Keeping. While we are happy to add these extras, please note they are not included in a standard residential cleaning quote.

Yes, all of Seagull Cleaning and Concierge LLC's cleaners are fully insured for your peace of mind. Proof of General Liability Insurance is available upon request.
We love your pets (but sometimes they don’t love us). Please make sure your pets are comfortably tucked away during the cleaning.
If you are unhappy with any part of your cleaning, call us within 24 hours and we will come back and make it right at no added cost.
